To enter the fitness center, please scan your badge at the fitness center door.

Please note: By scanning your badge/entering The Fitness Center at 500 Terry Francois, you are accepting and agreeing to follow the stated rules and regulations.

1. Access and Entry: 

• Entry to The Fitness Center is granted by scanning your assigned badge at the entrance. 

• By scanning your badge, you agree to adhere to all terms and policies outlined herein. 

2. Usage Regulations: 

• Use of The Fitness Center facility is restricted to individuals with valid badges. 

• Access is granted solely for personal fitness activities; commercial or non-fitness related activities are prohibited. 

3. Guest Policy: 

• NO friends, NO family members, or colleagues are permitted access using your badge. 

• Guest or visitor access is strictly prohibited. 

4. Instruction and Assistance: 

• Fitness instruction is provided exclusively by The Fitness Center staff members. 

• Outside personal trainers or group exercise instructors are not permitted within the facility. 

5. Locker Usage: 

• Lockers are available for day use only during your workout session. 

• No locks are allowed on lockers to ensure accessibility for all users. 

6. Equipment Usage: 

• All fitness equipment must be used within the designated areas of The Fitness Center facility. 

• Wall balls must be used specifically on the designated target area. 

7. Hygiene and Cleanliness: 

• Clean all equipment thoroughly after use to maintain a hygienic environment. 

• Place towels in designated areas after use. 

8. Attire and Behavior: 

• Bare feet are not permitted on any carpeted areas within the facility. 

• Respectful behavior towards fellow users and staff members is expected at all times. 

9. Shower Policy: 

• Showers are available only for individuals who have completed a workout session in the facility. 

• Individuals who do not work out in the facility are not permitted to use the showers. 

10. Compliance and Enforcement: 

• Non-compliance with any of the above terms and policies may result in suspension or termination of access to The Fitness Center. 

• All users are responsible for upholding the rules and regulations of The Fitness Center. 

You now have 24/7 access - No friends, no family, no colleagues are allowed access by your badge, no instruction by anyone other than a fitness center staff member, no locks on lockers. Clean all equipment after use, place towels in designated areas.
